Reimbursement optimization
Comprehensive remote analysis of reimbursement relative to managed care contracts to ensure optimal reimbursement. Analysis will include the development of a Managed Care Grid outlining reimbursement structure that will be provide to the site when Findings and Recommendations are presented.
Managed Care Contracting
Initial negotiations of new payer contracts or renegotiations of an existing contact. Negotiations include direct communication with payers to solidify agreeable language as well as rates. A matrix of negotiations will be provided to site along with the final negotiated contract for consideration.
